Hales Brass Plus has been designed for greater stiffness, making it ideal for all automatic threading applications. Hales Brass plus has similar chemical composition and characteristics as other high-performance Japanese wires, but without the high price tag.

Coated EDM Wire |
Hales Supercut EDM wire is a high-tensile zinc coated wire, ideal for automatic wire threading as a result of its uniform straightness. Due to its properties, this wire is particularly suitable for high-speed cutting with highprecision, also giving a superior finish. Hales Supercut is recommended for Agie EDMs.
Hales Xenon EDM wire has been specifically developed for Charmille EDM machines. Xenon has a copper core with a diffused brass surface layer, resulting in high-speed cutting and high accuracy. Hales Xenon is recommended for Charmille EDMs.
Hales Speed Wire is a general purpose zinc coated wire. This wire has proven to be successful on most Japanese machines. Hales Speed wire gives faster cutting and increase precision. |
