	ORDERING INFORMATION

TRADING HOURS – Hales branches are open at 8am until 5pm. VICTORIA IS OPEN BETWEEN 7.45am and 5.30 pm Monday - Friday and 9am until 11.30 am Saturday mornings.
	DELIVERIES
• Deliveries are sent via your instructions. • Hales offer delivery everyday at a negotiated rate. • Cash Sale deliveries incur a delivery charge.
	CREDIT & PAYMENT
• Completed credit application form will be processed weekly. • Credit levels & payment terms may be adjusted periodically based upon actual payment history and purchasing requirements. • Payment terms are 30 days from date receipt of statement. • Payment can be made via cheque or EFT. • We also accept credit card payment of accounts if payment is made within 7 days of receipt of statement.
	PRICES & DISCOUNTS
• Discounts are set on the computer for applicable accounts. • These discounts will be shown on the invoice. • All prices quoted verbally are net plus GST. • Hales reserve the right to change list prices without notification.
	WARRANTIES & RETURNS
• All products. • Standard sized components (inventory) are accepted for return with prior approval and a RA number. • No credit claims after 14 days from despatch are accepted without prior approval. • Re-stocking fees will be charged if goods are not returned within14 days. • 15% restocking fee applies. • All non-inventory that are ordered in specially are NON RETURNABLE.
